PHASED SECURITY CONCIERGE SERVICES -- For Home and Family

OBJECTIVE: Provide Self Protective Techniques and Infrastructure to Help Ensure Family/Home Safety

Phase 1 -- Infrastructure and activities analysis: Dr. Connell and his teams conduct a thorough analysis of our client's activities such as (1) the client's home, (alarm systems, home physical security issues), (2) family travel (locally, domestically, internationally), (3) vehicles and travel and (4) determine an overall threat profile for the client.  Then we move to Phase 2.

Phase 2 -- We examine and analyze several other components (that we can't discuss here) and then brief the family's point of contact on our analysis and make suggestions.  If the client wishes to implement all or part of our recommendations, for instance, upgrade alarm system components, install surveillance cameras (CCTV), etc., then we make it happen. However, World Class Security Equipment is Only Half of the Security Picture.  Now we move to the most important phase:

Phase 3 -- Training of family and household staff.  We train all family members and household staff on proper security thinking and execution of emergency plans and actions, on criminal threats, development of family emergency plans, and provide Crime-Specific training such as: Anti-Kidnapping, Anti-CarJacking, Mall-Predator Recognition/Avoidance, Security at College, and other subjects.  Firearms: If we recommend you obtain a Conceal Carry Permit and carry a weapon, we train you on firearm use, process paperwork for you, and put you on a dependable practice schedule.

PHASED SECURITY CONCIERGE SERVICES --

For Vacant Vacation Homes/Rentals And High-Value Foreclosed Homes Owned By Lenders

OBJECTIVE: Provide Surveillance and Infrastructure Protection to Vacant Homes

Phase 2 -- Brief the owner/lender's point of contact on our findings and make recommendations.  If the client wishes to move forward with the changes, for instance, permanently/temporarily upgrade alarm system components, install permanent/temporary surveillance cameras for 24/7 monitoring and placement on secure website for instant viewing, install permanent/temporary overt/covert laser/infrared perimeter fencing providing constant and invisible monitoring to the property which is connected to alarm system, cameras, and digital recording equipment.  If the owner or lender decides to implement this protection shielding, we make it happen.  In the case of a home sale, we remove all temporary equipment and leave the home virtually unaffected unless the new owners want to keep the security system in place--if so, we will offer to install permanently.

PHASED SECURITY CONCIERGE SERVICES -- For High Value Equestrian Properties

OBJECTIVE: Provide Self Protective Techniques and Infrastructure to Help Ensure Equestrian Staff/Facility Security

Phase 1 -- Dr. Connell and his teams conduct a thorough analysis of the property and personnel. Analysis also includes (1) alarm systems, MegaPixel IP surveillance camera systems (if any) and other physical security issues (2) animal movement and control, recent history of criminal activity, etc.  Then, we move to Phase 2.

Phase 2 -- We examine and analyze several other components making up the unique threat profile of people and animals but cannot discuss here due to security issues of other clients.  However, we will brief the family's point of contact on our analysis findings and make our recommendations.  If the client wishes to implement all or part of our recommendations, for instance, upgrade alarm system components, install surveillance cameras, etc., then we make it happen.  If so, we move to the final, most important

We have a list of trusted agent installation companies from which we allow on the client's properties.  They are vetted and trustworthy -- otherwise they wouldn't be there.  Something else, when work is being performed on your property, these individuals will be escorted and supervised by us at all times.  Your child won't walk into their bathroom and find a workman reading a newspaper....

HOME ALARMS & HOUSEHOLD:

-- Everyone in the family and household staff must know how to use the alarm system!  We train all family members and staff on proper alarm system use. We install specialized highest quality alarm components with user-friendly devices such as home alarm key fobs, "buzz-entry" doors, magnetic locks, panic buttons throughout the home and grounds.  We handle Sheriff Alarm License as well.

--If your Closed Circuit (CCTV) cameras are not infrared--you need to call us.  We select our camera systems based up prevailing technology, experience with them, prices, etc.  These are then "put up" onto a secure website. If your CCTV and digital recording system isn't on a secure site allowing you instant access/monitoring from anywhere in the world -- even on your cell phone, then you are still vulnerable.  We make this type access available to you.

-- We have significant household "hardening" experience/capabilities such as upgrading access gates and other barriers, installing ballistic resistant film on windows and homes, installation of explosion-proof, bullet proof glass and framings, reinforcing doorways, etc.  We also handle/oversee generator installation for the home or facility. ALSO, if your CCTV system does not feed directly into a Digital Recording system, you will have no record of an intrusion.  Our DVR systems are comprised of the best technology available.

-- Installation of Infrared perimeter fences around your home property or your equestrian pastures and grounds.  This solar powered system is wirelessly integrated into the alarm, CCTV system and digital recorder.
