FOR A JAPANESE-FREE HEMISPHERE

BACKGROUND: In the early 1990s Dr. C discovered a top Secret WWII Program -- so secret, only those who administered or were effected by it knew about the existence of the plan.

It took 11 years of research to put all the pieces together because it was, truly, Top Secret.

Under this program,the FDR Administration began kidnapping Latin Americans of Japanese Background, and after a lengthy jail stay, transported them to special INS camps in Texas and other locations.  About a third of these Latin Americans were then traded for unofficial civilians held by the Japanese military.

Peru was the most enthusiastic supporter of this program contributing between 3-5,000 to this program.

According to official documents,the government’s ultimate aim was removal of ALL Japanese from the Hemisphere.

At the end of the war, the US tried to return those Peruvian Japanese still in the US but Peru refused to take them back.  The US then tried to send them back to their “home of ethnic origin” -- Japan; a country most had never known.  It would be the mid-1950s before there was any resolution for the Latin Americans of Japanese background held hostage in the US.
